Return Policy

For Online Purchases Only

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, all unworn merchandise (regular price and sale) may be returned in its original package, along with the original receipt, for up to 1 month from the date of purchase. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which the payment was made. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items sold online and marked “Sale” are Final Sale. We unfortunately cannot make price adjustments online. We do not offer price adjustments for items that get further reduced once they are already on sale. Any items to be returned must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have their original tags. Firenze Shoes Inc. is not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. All shipping costs associated with the return of any merchandise shall be at your sole cost and expense.

Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the package delivery date. All returns must be authorized by us prior to return. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, please email staff@firenzeshoes.ca with “RMA” in the subject line. You will then be provided with return instructions along with a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

WITHIN CANADA: Returns within Canada can be shipped by certified registered mail offered by Canada Post or any other reputable shipping company that will provide a tracking number or you may return a purchased item at our physical location free of charge.

FROM THE UNITED STATES: Returns from the U.S. can be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or any other reputable shipping company that will provide a tracking number. All the returned items should be declared as a "return of Canadian merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned items that don't have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender.

FROM INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns from outside the U.S. and Canada.
